Workplace Harassment II is ELT's newest sexual harassment training solution. With a brand new story featuring our award-winning Working PeopleTM story-based training template and cast of characters, this course covers important issues relating to sexual harassment and other forms of prohibited harassment like race, color, religion, national origin, disability and age.

Workplace Harassment II presents learners with realistic workplace scenarios that help them truly understand inappropriate conduct in today's business environment. Course content was developed in close partnership with Littler Mendelson and is based on actual case law and real events.
All-State and Federal Standard Compliant
The course is fully compliant with federal law and the laws of all 50 states. It is also designed to meet or exceed every requirement under California's sexual harassment training law AB 1825, allowing employers to meet their ongoing, periodic requirement.

Fully Customizable
A wide range of customization options are available. Standard customization options include adding your organization's logo to every page, adding your workplace harassment policy, adding certification tools confirming learners have received and will abide by those policies, and adding a direct reporting / Q&A link that gives learners directions and contact information for reporting concerns or asking questions. More powerful customization options are also available, including a custom message from your CEO or other leader, and the ability to select and edit subject matter vignettes.
